Who you are:

The Festival and Catering Logistics Coordinator is responsible for moving any large items/product/equipment to and from any affiliated business including corporate office, storage units, Chef Tim Love's residence, or venues. In this role you are on call to assist Chef Tim Love and any events we are involved with.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Logistics and travel details—consulting maps, confirming times, etc
  • Cleanliness, maintenance, fuel consumption, and physical well-being inside and out of all vehicles, trailers, and portable equipment. Insurance, inspections, and regularly scheduled maintenance must be documented in vehicle/equipment specific logs. All must be spotless in appearance and ready to drive without issues at all times.
  • Moving any large items and/or product/equipment to and from any affiliated businesses including Corporate Office, Storage Units, and Chef Tim Love’s residence.
  • A maintenance budget of $5,000 per year for all preventative maintenance and repairs. Any other repairs must be approved and presented with the responsible party for further discussion. You must do a detail for all charges made to your company credit card with receipts.
  • You are on call to assist Chef Tim Love, any instructions coming from Chef Love’s assistants is the same as coming from Chef Tim Love, himself.
  • Be mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while on the job.
  • Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times with or without passengers.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks or miscellaneous errands as assigned and assist the Corporate Office and TLC businesses when needed.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships with staff in a supportive and confidential role.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; able to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
  • Highly motivated and extremely organized with ability to juggle competing priorities in an ever-changing environment.
  • Must be flexible and adaptive with a sense of humor, positive and infectious attitude, and the humble ability to collaborate with any member of our organization as business may dictate.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Incident free driving record and a valid state issued Driver’s License.
  • Available for travel and assist the TLC Team with multi day Festivals & Events, (with appropriate advance notice.)
  • Pass a Background Check.
