Stewart's

Opening in 2025, Stewart’s, named for Chef Love’s late father, redefines luxury as the ultimate “country club for the people,” with a lively croquet field, expertly crafted cocktails, and bold, elevated cuisine that promises an unforgettable dining experience.

Woodshed Smokehouse

Woodshed Smokehouse, perched on the scenic Trinity River, celebrates fire-kissed flavors with a rotating menu of premium beef, lamb, pork, wild game, fish, and vegetables—each infused with distinct woods and primal culinary creativity.

Gemelle

Inspired by a sun-drenched journey to the Mediterranean with his family, Gemelle is a heartfelt homage to Love’s adoration for Italian cuisine. He chose the name, which means ‘twins,’ for his daughters Ella and Anna — the perfect nod to his favorite things: food and family.

Caterina's

Named in honor of his late sister, Caterina’s offers a unique Fort Worth dining experience focused on great food, genuine company, and immersive moments—celebrating simplicity, authenticity, and the joy of slowing down to savor every bite together.

Paloma Suerte

Opened in 2022 in a renovated 1860s mule barn, Paloma Suerte blends Fort Worth Tex-Mex with authentic Mexican flavors, vibrant decor, and scenic Stockyards riverwalk views—offering lively dining, margaritas, mariachis, and a true fiesta atmosphere.

Queenie's Steakhouse

Opened in 2013 in Denton, Texas, Queenie’s Steakhouse offers a contemporary take on the classic American steakhouse. Named in honor of Chef Love’s mother, Queenie’s delivers a fine dining experience focused on exceptional service and expertly crafted dishes.

White Elephant

Fort Worth’s oldest and most iconic saloon, the White Elephant Saloon has stood in the historic Stockyards since 1884. Steeped in cowboy tradition and Western culture, it remains a cherished landmark celebrating Texas heritage and spirit.

Love Shack

Love Shack began in the Fort Worth Stockyards with the legendary Dirty Love Burger, hailed among America’s best. Serving made-to-order burgers, hot dogs, fries, and cold drinks, it offers real-deal eats with live music nearly every day.

Lonesome Dove - ATX

Since 2015, The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Downtown Austin has been a premier dining destination. Chef Tim Love’s visionary menu reimagines rich Western ingredients and cultures with a refined, contemporary flair, captivating food lovers citywide.

Lonesome Dove - KNOX

Shortly after opening Lonesome Dove Austin, Chef Tim Love expanded with a third flagship location in Old City Knoxville, bringing his bold, contemporary Western cuisine to a vibrant historic neighborhood known for its rich culture and lively dining scene.

Hotel Otto

Hotel Otto, Chef Love’s hotel concept and Fort Worth’s first micro-resort, is inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Located in the River District, it features unique accommodations and Gemelle’s award-winning Italian menu—perfect for toasting “la dolce vita.”

Ático

Ático, atop SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards, is Chef Love’s rooftop tapas bar inspired by Barcelona’s vibrant bar culture. Since its opening in 2020, it’s offered Spanish shareable plates, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine selection in a lively, intimate setting.
