Servers are responsible for ensuring that all guests who dine with us have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service. The Server is the backbone of our Service team and is ultimately responsible for the sale and service of our food and beverages, while acting as a leader on the floor and providing our guests with warm and attentive hospitality.
The Host is a vital member of the Service team as the first impression and point of contact with every guest and visitor at the restaurant. The Host must exude warmth and hospitality and is a partner to the Maître D’ in plotting, planning, and updating the dining room to efficiently coordinate seatings throughout each service.
An integral member of the restaurant’s Service team, the Bartender is a wealth of knowledge of all cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections and constantly delivers excellence and hospitality. The Bartender is responsible for production of all beverage orders coming from the dining room guests and must have a high level of food and menu knowledge to be able to support the team on the floor, answer questions from guests regarding beverage selections, and be a leader on the Service team.
The Bar Back works hand in hand with the Beverage Team on all aspects of the spirits & wine program. The ideal candidate is curious, detail oriented, and has a passion to expand their knowledge of wine and service. The Bar Back is comfortable with working independently but can also add value as an integral part of a larger team.

A vital member of the Service team, the Support role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant.
Porters are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant by washing pots and pans, keeping the kitchen and dining room areas clean, and ensuring adherence to proper sanitation standards. Dishwashers are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the entire operation. At Love Management, we take cleanliness very seriously and only employ the finest operators to ensure our promise to our guests. Dishwashers are required to handle multiple daily responsibilities, display an ability and willingness to learn and take direction, and work in a team environment.
The expo is a liaison between the kitchen and service teams. This expo facilitates the process of delivering dishes from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner, following proper steps of service. This position also helps to ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets preparation standards and correct to the order and any dietary modifications. This expo needs to be comfortable working with groups of people under stressful, fast paced conditions.
This pivotal role of Kitchen Manager will be primarily charged with all functions surrounding production and pack-out during production periods. This individual will help develop a team within assigned station(s) that will execute the vision with excellence. A keen attention to detail along with the ability to be a self-starter in the absence of a Chef is required. This individual will support the Executive Production Chef and Sous Chefs while maintaining compliance with DOH standards, cleanliness, efficiency and overall excellence. The individual will drive OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE and own all prep/production over assigned area.
The General Manager should be familiar with all aspects of managing a restaurant from high volume fine dining to casual family style. He/she will be a generalist of sorts. Familiar with all areas of the restaurant and possessing the ability to coordinate all processes and operations throughout.

The Retail Store Manager is to manage the retail outlet, Goods and Chattels. Goods & Chattels sells Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall soft goods and apparel as well as Chef Tim Love's signature items in a vibrant new environment within Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and all kitchen personnel. This demanding and often stressful position requires strong managerial, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
The Sous Chef is the second hand man to the Executive Chef. He/she must be able to take direction from the Executive Chef to understand and execute all menu items according to recipes. The Sous Chef must have a passion for cuisine and hospitality.
The Hospitality Trainer will be instrumental in supporting the operational standards that will serve as the foundation from which Tim Love Restaurants will continue to grow and develop its’ staff. You will work closely with the General Managers of each business to ensure that each and every staff member is trained, tested, and supported on all approved processes to ensure efficient execution of all deliverables in steps of service and hospitality. To achieve this, you will spend time at each business working with management to understand their specific operation, identify operational opportunities, and elevate corrective actions to promote continuity and consistency in service excellence.
The Festival and Catering Logistics Coordinator is responsible for moving any large items/product/equipment to and from any affiliated business including corporate office, storage units, Chef Tim Love's residence, or venues. In this role you are on call to assist Chef Tim Love and any events we are involved with.
